We believe in a transparent, collaborative investment process. From initial contact to closing, we work closely with entrepreneurs to understand their vision and determine if we're the right partner for their journey.

Initial Review

We review your pitch deck, executive summary, and company information. This typically takes 1-2 business days. If your company aligns with our investment thesis, we'll schedule an introductory call.

Introductory Meeting

We conduct a 30-60 minute call or meeting to learn more about your company, team, product, and market opportunity. This is a two-way conversation where you can also learn about Dimension Ventures and our approach.

Due Diligence

If we're interested in moving forward, we'll conduct a deep dive into your market, product, team, financials, and competitive landscape. This process typically takes 2-4 weeks and involves multiple conversations with your team and key stakeholders.

Investment Committee

Our investment committee reviews the opportunity and makes a final decision. We'll provide you with feedback and, if approved, present our term sheet.

Partnership

Once terms are agreed upon, we work with legal teams to close the deal. After closing, we begin our partnership, providing ongoing support, strategic guidance, and access to our network to help you scale your business.
